Tips & Tricks for a succesful action!

DONATION BOX 

We have handy tools to help you! You can request a donation box via info@vluchteling.nl. You will receive it by mail. Where do people go the most? The supermarket! Ask if you can place it there so people can make a small donation at the checkout. It works really well if you include a bill explaining where the money is going. 

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU! 

Instead of presents, ask for a donation for your action. Not only smart, but then everyone thinks you're super noble. Ps. Facebook has a convenient and simple tool for this. 

GETTING MARRIED? 

Are you getting married and don't know what to ask your guests? Ask your guests to donate to Stichting Vluchteling through your own particular action page.  

GARAGE SALE 

Do you also want a lovely tidy house and happen to be looking for a fun activity for your children? Then clear out all the cupboards, drawers, and the shed together and put everything on Marktplaats. The proceeds will go to Stichting Vluchteling, and if you do it right, your children will learn some good business skills. 

Ps. Marktplaats has competition because you also have, The Next Closet, Vinted, and Tientjeofminder. 

PARTY?  

Organize a fun get-together, event, or party and ask everyone to bring their own snacks and drinks. Admission to the party is by donating to Stichting Vluchteling. Cozy, and who doesn't want to party for a good cause.  

BAKE SALE ALL THE WAY

Sell your cakes, cupcakes, and chili con Carnes at the fair. During corona, we all perfected our cooking skills. Let people enjoy your baked goods and contribute to a better world for people on the run.   

SKILLS 

Are you an artist, personal trainer, musician, hairdresser, or have another talent? Share them on your social media and ask people for a small contribution? Sharing is caring! 

BOB FOR A JOB

Deliver the newspaper, mow the lawn, clean the windows or walk the dog. Make a small contribution with part or all of the money going to charity.  

WORKING AT THE CARWASH yeah-yeaah-yeaa-uh-uh 🎶 

Nice weather outside and feel like doing something? Wash cars with your friends for Stichting Vluchteling. Afterward, get a nice milkshake together to celebrate your hard work!
